Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These Terms govern your use of pixelprint.nyc and PixelCard, the digital business card and link-page service provided by Pixel Print NYC (“Pixel Print”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

PixelCard lets you create a public page with a permanent link that you can put on an NFC card, sticker or QR code, and edit anytime. The basic service is currently free (up to three cards per account). We may add paid plans or features in the future; we will not charge you for anything without your clear agreement, and we will give reasonable notice before changing the free plan. Printed products (NFC cards, stickers, business cards and so on) are sold separately and are governed by the quote or order you accept.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission). Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You own the content you put on your page. You give us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, display and transmit it as needed to run the service, including making your page publicly accessible and creating the downloadable contact file. You promise that you have the rights to everything you upload or link to, and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or the law. Your page is public: do not publish anything you want to keep private.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use PixelCard to:

5. Reports, removal and suspension

Anyone can report a page. Pages that receive repeated reports may be suspended automatically while we review them. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and disable links at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms or the law, and we try to explain why when we reasonably can. Because NFC cards and QR codes point to your link, a suspended link will stop working until the issue is resolved.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on a PixelCard page infringes your copyright, contact us (below) with a description of the work, the page address, your contact details and a statement made in good faith and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your links active, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice where practical so you can update your printed materials.

7. Analytics and visitor data

PixelCard shows you statistics about visits to your pages. These are provided as estimates (for example, locations are approximate and some automated traffic may be filtered or missed). If you collect visitor details, you must follow our Privacy Policy section on page owners’ responsibilities and applicable law.

8. Third-party services

Your page may link to or embed third-party sites and services (for example social networks and video players). We do not control them and are not responsible for them or for their terms and privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of this may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Print will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free service is limited to $100; for paid services, to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Pixel Print against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your cards at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County or Kings County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new date, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
